šŸŽ€ Welcome to After the Bell Healing: Support for Survivors Who Deserve More

There’s a moment they don’t prepare you for.

The moment after the last chemo.
After the bell rings.
After the final doctor visit when everyone tells you, ā€œCongratulations!ā€

But instead of relief, you feel… lost.

Hi, I’m Lauren, Functional Health RN, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and a stage 3 breast cancer survivor (diagnosed while pregnant). I created After the Bell Healing because I lived through that exact moment and I knew there had to be a better way forward.

šŸ’› The Space I Wish I Had

When my treatment ended, I wasn’t handed a recovery plan. I was handed a follow-up appointment and a smile.

But inside, I was exhausted. My hormones were out of control. My body felt foreign. And emotionally? I was still reeling.

There were so many unanswered questions:

  • How do I support my body after hormone blockers or chemo?

  • What’s happening with this medical menopause?

  • How do I rebuild energy, strength, and confidence?

  • And why does no one talk about this part?

That’s why I built After the Bell Healing, a space where survivors can find real answers, honest support, and hope.

🩺 Who This Is For

After the Bell Healing is for the woman who:

  • Feels like survivorship is harder than treatment

  • Wants natural tools to support recovery (not more prescriptions)

  • Is navigating medical menopause, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm

  • Feels alone in the ā€œafterā€ and wants to be seen… fully

Whether you’re weeks or years out of treatment, this space is yours.

🌱 What You’ll Find Here

  • Functional, real-world support for life after breast cancer

  • Tools for hormone balance, fatigue, gut healing, and more

  • Education around HTMA, mineral testing, and nutrition

  • Conversations around head to toe health, mindset, and identity

  • The truth about what survivorship really looks like and how to thrive through it

This isn’t just about wellness. It’s about rebuilding your foundation, with someone who gets it.

šŸŽ™ļø Let’s Heal, Together

I’ll be sharing regularly through this blog, my podcast After the Bell, and on Instagram @laurenmcranmer or @afterthebellhealing. You’ll find tools, tips, and stories from survivors who are walking this road too.

Because you’re not alone.
And your healing doesn’t end when treatment does—it starts here.
