Hi, Iām Lauren, Functional Health RN, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and a stage 3 breast cancer survivor (diagnosed while pregnant). I created After the Bell Healing because I lived through that exact moment and I knew there had to be a better way forward.

When my treatment ended, I wasnāt handed a recovery plan. I was handed a follow-up appointment and a smile.
But inside, I was exhausted. My hormones were out of control. My body felt foreign. And emotionally? I was still reeling.
There were so many unanswered questions:
